Packaging and shipping costs
Regardless of the volume of the order and up to a weight of 30 kg (equivalent to approximately 50 rhizomes), Nina Iris charges the following fixed contribution for shipping costs

Selling price
Prices include VAT, at the rates in force, without prejudice to any subsequent increases.
Quality assurance
In accordance with the art. 128 and following of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the products purchased are covered by a legal guarantee which covers defects in conformity of the goods themselves.
Any defect must be communicated by the buyer within two months of discovery and to make use of the guarantee simply contact Nina Iris via email or telephone.
Those who have purchased the products as part of their professional or business activity, indicating their VAT number, cannot use the guarantee.
The guarantee gives the right to replace the goods without costs for the customer or to terminate the contract; if the product is not available, for example for seasonal reasons or due to stock running out, the customer is offered the possibility of receiving a discount voucher, equal to the value of the products being complained about, to be used for future purchases.
You are not entitled to replacement or resolution if the defect is minor, for which replacement is impossible or excessively expensive (for example when the complaint concerns only part of the products present in a single package).
Nina Iris is not liable if the customer has not buried the rhizomes in good time, reserving the right to have the products subject to the complaint returned to verify their actual nature.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 64 and following of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), Nina Iris undertakes to refund the amount of the products ordered that the customer does not wish to retain, provided that the goods are returned to Nina Iris, substantially intact and in their original packaging, with express postal package, within 10 working days from the date of receipt.
